This design is obviously a fan outfit for the Free-to-Play MMO Phantasy Star Online 2; based on the cheerful and soft "Rappy" creature. Very frilly.

Rappies have a harsh life always getting their money taken on their way home from work. But it helps pay the rent.

Try PSO2 sometime when it comes to the West.
